Return and exchange

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • At Marwa Elegance, each product is specially curated with care, and we strive to deliver the highest quality.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders once placed, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damage.
  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must:
  • Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at marwaelegance4you@gmail.com
  • Share clear photographs (and a video if possible) showing the issue.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.
  • Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Once the returned product passes quality checks:
  • We will issue a store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
  • Refunds are not provided.

International Orders

  • Currently, no returns or exchanges are offered for international orders.
  • In case of a wrong or damaged product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email.
  • An unboxing video and photographs are mandatory to process any complaint.
  • For any approved cases, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping Information

Shipping Within India

  • Delivery timeline: 3–6 working days.
  • Express delivery available at an additional cost of ₹700, subject to availability (please contact us via email before placing an express request).
  • Shipping is free PAN India for all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  • Tracking details are shared via email once your order is dispatched.

International Shipping

  • Delivery timeline: 4–15 working days depending on destination.
  • Tracking details will be shared via email.
  • Import duties and customs charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
