Cancellation and Refund

At Marwa Elegance, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Time Limit: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

• How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please email us at marwaelegance4you@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID.
• Refunds for Cancellations:
• If the order is prepaid and eligible for cancellation, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Order Cancellation by Marwa Elegance
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

• Product unavailability or stock issues
• Pricing or technical errors
• Incomplete or fraudulent information provided by the customer
• In such cases, the full amount will be refunded, and you will be notified promptly.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

• Customised products, handloom orders made on request, or items under promotional offers cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.
• Orders marked for express or priority dispatch are also non-cancellable after confirmation.
