Domestic Orders (Within India)
–At Marwa Elegance, each product is specially curated with care, and we strive to deliver the highest quality.
–We do not offer exchanges or returns on orders once placed, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or damage.
–If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must:
Raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at [your email address].
–Share clear photographs (and a video if possible) showing the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 working hours.
–If approved, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on the next steps.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
–Once the returned product passes quality checks:
We will issue a store credit valid for 1 year from the date of issuance.
Refunds are not provided.
International Orders
–Currently, no returns or exchanges are offered for international orders.
–In case of a wrong or damaged product, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email.
–An unboxing video and photographs are mandatory to process any complaint.
–For any approved cases, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases.
